Articles 246 and 244 of the New Customs Code of the Thai Buddhist Calendar 2560 (Gregorian Year 2017) and Article 287 of the Criminal Law state that anyone who is unlawfully importing, exporting, and selling such sex toys will face imprisonment of up to three years, or a fine up to 60,000 baht (approximately $1,920)—or both!

But Hey! the fact is that there are a wide variety of sex toy sales in Thailand. The government does not pay attention to these transactions and does not strictly enforce the law. AUSTRALIA

    Australia is one of the countries that imports the most child sex dolls, according to the data of Chinese and Japanese doll manufacturers. In addition, Australia is also one of the first countries to impose restrictions on the purchase and use of sex dolls.
